More than a Q&A for Web3
Peera is a knowledge management platform with an ecosystem of AI-empowered tools that allows users to own and monetize expertise, enables transparent reputation, and incentives, promoting global knowledge sharing. By creating vibrant Community Forums and promoting products through knowledge, we help companies scale.
Problem Statement
After conducting extensive research and engaging in discussions with numerous developers and community managers, it has become evident that a common challenge exists across all Web3 communities. Any piece of valuable information is difficult to find in Google, as it is primarily located within Discord or Telegram communities.
Effective knowledge management holds significant importance for Web3 communities. Messengers such as Discord, Telegram, and Slack are the most widely used tools for community Q&A. There are several significant disadvantages to using these tools for community knowledge sharing, particularly Q&A:
- Valuable knowledge disappears in a flow of new messages;
- Communities are rich with repeated questions;
- Important knowledge remains unindexed by Google;
- Communities across different messengers and languages exist in silos.
Peera - Web3 is Under the Hood
Peera is built using smart contracts on the Polygon, Sui, and Edgeware blockchains. Large content is stored via distributed storage (IPFS) and only hashes of all documents are posted on-chain to save storage. Reputation, privileges, moderation, rewards, and all other rules are built into smart contracts and are visible to anyone.
As of March 2024, Peera is powered by several blockchains: Polygon, Sui, and Edgeware. This approach provides short confirmation times for transactions and does not require users to pay any transaction fees while providing the best user experience.
