Community Admin and Community Moderator can access the Users page in the single community mode.
This page displays the active users of the Community Forum. An active user is the one who performs any action in the community that requires a transaction: create a post, answer, comment, etc.
Important Note!
A user may be a part of different Community Forums and have various reputation levels within each one.
