Feature Request: @-mention other users

In social systems, I'm used to being able to @-mention people, especially in longer discussion threads. Please add the ability to @ other users when posting.

My second feature request is to add a "feature request" tag here on Meta, so we can see and follow all the feature requests.

It would probably also be good to have a "bug" tag as well -- great to use Peeranha itself to discuss...Peeranha!
